Service Description

Kiddo Care is a platform that connects parents and guardians with local babysitters for scheduled childcare. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between families and sitters.

User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old to create a parent/guardian account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are pre-paid through our platform at the rate displayed at the time of booking. Current pricing is $7 per hour, plus $2 per hour for each additional child.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By booking, you authorize the charge for the scheduled time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made by parents with adequate notice may be eligible for refund. If a sitter declines an invitation, you will not be charged.

Sitter Responsibilities

Sitters agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled bookings
• Provide accurate availability
• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for children
• Communicate promptly with parents regarding any issues

Parent Responsibilities

Parents agree to:

• Provide accurate information about children and home
• Leave appropriate contact and emergency information
• Return home at the scheduled end time
• Treat sitters with respect and professionalism

Platform Disclaimer

Kiddo Care is a booking and connection platform. We do not employ sitters directly and are not responsible for the actions of individual sitters or parents. Users are responsible for their own interactions and decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Kiddo Care is not liable for disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from bookings made through the platform. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct that harms other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
